Affiliate disclosure: This is an independent troubleshooting guide and is not published, authorised or endorsed by Parimatch. This website may use monetised or affiliate links. However, this page is intended only to help existing users understand and trace a withdrawal that has already been requested. Nothing here should be interpreted as an invitation to register, deposit money, place bets or continue using an online money-gaming service.

18+ responsible gambling notice: Adults only. Real-money gambling can cause financial and psychological harm. Never gamble with money needed for rent, food, debt payments, education or other essential expenses. A delayed withdrawal is not a reason to deposit again, place additional bets or attempt to recover losses through further gambling.

Important India 2026 legal notice: India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 created a substantially different national framework from the one described in many older betting guides. The Rules took effect on May 1, 2026. Government material states that online money games are prohibited and that advertising, promotion and facilitation of related payments are also prohibited. This article therefore covers only transaction tracing, evidence preservation and recovery/escalation steps for an existing withdrawal. It does not provide instructions for depositing, opening an account or circumventing payment restrictions.

Quick Answer: What Should You Do If a Parimatch UPI Withdrawal Is Pending?

If your Parimatch UPI withdrawal is pending, first determine whether the withdrawal is still inside the platform’s internal processing system or whether an actual bank-network transaction has already been initiated.

That distinction matters more than the number of hours shown on a generic payment page.

Start by saving the withdrawal transaction ID, amount, date, time, destination UPI ID and every status message displayed in your account. Then ask support one precise question:

Has this withdrawal actually been sent into the UPI/banking network, and if so, what bank-network transaction reference or RRN is attached to it?

If a valid banking reference exists, your bank can potentially investigate the incoming transfer independently. NPCI’s complaint system itself uses a 12-digit Transaction Number/RRN field when tracing applicable transactions, although the label users see in an app may vary between RRN, UPI transaction ID, reference number or similar wording.

If no banking reference exists, do not assume the money is “stuck at NPCI.” The payout may still be in the operator or payment processor’s internal queue.

If a reference exists but your bank cannot find the transfer, preserve the bank’s response and send it back to the platform’s payment team.

Most importantly, do not submit another deposit, pay a supposed recovery agent, share a UPI PIN or OTP, or authorise a collect request in an attempt to release a withdrawal.

Why a Pending UPI Withdrawal Needs a Different Troubleshooting Process

A generic “Parimatch withdrawal pending” article is not enough when the selected payment route is UPI.

UPI is a banking payment system operated through participating banks and payment service providers. NPCI describes UPI as an instant payment system built over IMPS infrastructure that allows money to move between bank accounts. Users can normally raise transaction grievances through participating UPI applications and banks.

But an operator withdrawal can have an additional stage before any UPI transaction exists at all.

Think of the process as two separate zones:

Zone A — Platform/payment-processor processing

Your withdrawal request exists in the platform’s database, but a bank-network payment may not yet have been created.

Zone B — Banking/UPI processing

A payment instruction has been initiated and there is a banking reference capable of being investigated by a bank or other relevant payment-system participant.

This is why a screenshot showing “Pending” does not, by itself, prove that NPCI or your bank is delaying the money.

The first objective is always to find out which zone the withdrawal is currently in.

The words may, could and potentially are important here. A transaction cannot reliably be diagnosed from a dashboard label alone.

What Does “Pending” Actually Mean?

“Pending” is often treated as though it were a universal banking status. It is not.

The word can simply be a label chosen by the platform’s own software.

A withdrawal could show pending because:

  • the request has been received but not reviewed;
  • an account or identity check is taking place;
  • the payment processor has not accepted the payout instruction;
  • the payout has been released but has not settled;
  • a bank or payment-system response is delayed;
  • the transfer failed and reconciliation has not yet updated the platform;
  • a reversal is in progress;
  • an internal database has not yet received the final payment status.

Therefore, a useful troubleshooting process asks for evidence rather than trying to infer everything from the word “Pending.”

The Most Important Question: Has the Money Actually Entered the Banking Network?

This is the point many troubleshooting guides miss.

Suppose your withdrawal request was created at 2:00 p.m. and the account has displayed “Pending” ever since.

That does not automatically mean a UPI transaction has been pending since 2:00 p.m.

The operator may not yet have instructed its payment partner to send anything.

This distinction also changes which organisation can help you.

If the transaction remains entirely inside the platform’s processing system, your bank may have nothing to trace.

If a payment has actually been initiated, the network reference becomes useful.

Ask support:

“Has the withdrawal been released from your internal processing system to the bank/payment network?”

Then ask:

“If yes, please provide the complete bank-network transaction reference/RRN and the exact initiation date and time.”

Avoid settling for answers such as “please wait,” “finance team is checking” or “your withdrawal is processing” when the issue has continued beyond the operator’s stated normal window.

Those responses do not establish whether an actual transfer exists.

UTR, RRN, Transaction ID and UPI Reference: What Is the Difference?

Payment terminology is inconsistent, and that creates unnecessary confusion.

Users often call every banking reference a UTR number. Support teams may use the same shorthand.

Your platform may instead display:

  • Transaction ID
  • Withdrawal ID
  • Payment ID
  • UTR
  • RRN
  • Bank Reference
  • UPI Reference
  • UPI Transaction ID
  • Reference Number

These fields are not automatically interchangeable.

Platform Transaction ID

This is normally generated inside the operator’s own system.

It helps the operator find your withdrawal but may have no meaning to your bank.

Example:

WD-84729301

Your bank usually cannot trace a payment merely because you provide an internal betting-account withdrawal number.

Bank/Payment-Network Reference

Once a payment enters an actual payment network, a separate reference should generally exist for reconciliation.

NPCI’s online complaint interface requests a 12-digit Transaction Number/RRN for the applicable complaint workflow.

That does not justify assuming that every field labelled “UTR” everywhere must follow one universal format. Labels can vary across banks, apps and payment rails.

For troubleshooting, the practical question is:

Which reference can the receiving bank actually search?

If support gives you a number, ask them to identify exactly what it represents.

Do Not Rely on a Claimed “UTR Formula”

Some payment articles claim that every UPI reference:

  • has one fixed universal structure;
  • must start with a digit representing the year;
  • always encodes a Julian date;
  • can therefore be validated simply by reading the digits.

Do not rely on that approach.

The safer method is to verify the reference through the organisations actually involved in the transaction.

NPCI’s consumer complaint tools and your bank’s transaction records are more meaningful than trying to reverse-engineer a number from an online article.

A reference that “looks correct” is not proof that money was sent.

Likewise, an unfamiliar-looking reference is not automatically fake.

Step 1: Save Evidence Before Anything Changes

Before opening another support conversation, document the withdrawal.

Save:

  1. withdrawal amount;
  2. withdrawal request date;
  3. exact request time, if shown;
  4. platform transaction ID;
  5. payment method displayed;
  6. masked destination information;
  7. UPI ID/VPA used, if shown;
  8. current status;
  9. screenshots of previous status changes;
  10. all support-ticket numbers;
  11. email responses;
  12. any RRN, UTR or reference subsequently provided.

Do not edit screenshots except to create a separate privacy-safe copy for public discussion.

Keep the originals.

A useful timeline might look like this:

August 8, 10:42 — Withdrawal requested
August 8, 10:43 — Status changed to Pending
August 9, 09:20 — Support ticket opened
August 9, 09:37 — Support said finance team reviewing
August 10, 14:15 — Asked for bank-network reference
August 10, 17:50 — RRN supplied
August 11, 09:10 — Bank advised no matching credit found

A chronological record turns a vague complaint into something an escalation team can investigate.

Step 2: Verify the Destination Details

Check the UPI ID shown on the withdrawal request against the UPI ID connected to the bank account you expected to receive the money.

Look for:

  • spelling mistakes;
  • incorrect UPI handle;
  • an old VPA;
  • a VPA connected to another bank;
  • a closed or restricted account;
  • name discrepancies;
  • destination details that were changed recently.

Do not assume the destination is correct because a previous withdrawal worked.

Also check your bank account directly rather than relying only on the front screen of a UPI app.

Download or inspect the detailed bank statement covering the period concerned.

Sometimes incoming credits use narrations or sender names that are not immediately recognisable.

Search by:

  • exact amount;
  • date;
  • reference number;
  • incoming credit value.

Step 3: Check Whether the Platform Has Actually Released the Withdrawal

This is the highest-value support question.

Send a message along these lines:

“Please confirm whether withdrawal [transaction ID] has left your internal processing system and been submitted to a bank/payment network. If it has, please provide the complete bank-network reference/RRN, payment rail, initiation timestamp and current processor status.”

This asks for several verifiable facts.

If support says the payment has not yet been released, the issue remains on the platform/payment-processor side.

Your bank cannot trace a transfer that has not been sent.

If support says it has been released, request the network reference.

Step 4: Check Your Bank Statement Before Calling the Bank

Do not rely solely on notifications.

SMS alerts can fail.

Push notifications can be delayed.

UPI applications can sometimes make older transactions difficult to locate.

Your bank’s account ledger is the better place to confirm whether money was actually credited.

Search the statement for:

  • the exact amount;
  • the exact date;
  • one day before and after the expected date;
  • the supplied network reference;
  • reversed credits;
  • temporary credits followed by reversals.

If you see the money in the bank ledger, the withdrawal has effectively reached your account even if another interface still looks outdated.

If it is absent, proceed to bank-side tracing.

Step 5: Ask Your Bank to Trace the Reference

NPCI tells users that UPI transaction grievances or status questions can be raised through participating banks’ UPI applications, and its complaint facility also routes matters to the relevant member institution for resolution.

When speaking to your bank, be precise.

Instead of:

“My Parimatch withdrawal is missing.”

Ask:

“I am expecting an incoming payment for ₹[amount]. The sender provided transaction/RRN reference [number], dated [date]. Can you check whether your systems show this reference as credited, failed, reversed, rejected, held or not received?”

The bank does not need your betting-account password.

It does not need your UPI PIN.

It does not need an OTP.

It may require normal identity verification to discuss your bank account, but never disclose secret authentication credentials to someone who contacts you unsolicited.

Step 6: Understand What the Bank’s Answer Means

Bank says “Credited”

Ask for:

  • credit date;
  • credit time;
  • amount;
  • transaction narration;
  • reference;
  • account into which it was posted.

Then compare those details with your statement.

If it is there, your problem may be a display or reconciliation misunderstanding rather than missing funds.

Bank says “Reversed”

Ask whether the transfer was returned toward the sending institution.

Obtain a complaint or service-request number if available.

Then send the result to platform support and ask for reconciliation.

Bank says “Failed”

Request confirmation of the status and date.

Do not create another withdrawal merely because one attempt failed unless the platform itself confirms the original request has been closed or returned to your available balance.

Bank says “No Record”

Return to support.

Ask them to verify:

  • the RRN/reference;
  • destination account or VPA;
  • originating bank or processor;
  • transaction initiation time;
  • final network status.

A platform screenshot marked “Completed” is weaker evidence than traceable payment details.

RBI Failed-UPI Timelines: Why the Common “72-Hour Rule” Is Misleading

A blanket instruction to “wait 72 hours for every UPI withdrawal” is too simplistic.

The RBI framework for failed transactions through authorised payment systems addresses specific failure scenarios.

For a UPI funds transfer where the originator has been debited but the beneficiary has not been credited, RBI’s framework provides for reversal by the beneficiary bank within the prescribed T+1 period, with compensation rules applying for delay beyond the framework’s timeline. RBI has also clarified that its failed-transaction mechanism applies to domestic transactions involving authorised payment-system participants.

That is different from a withdrawal still sitting in an operator’s own queue.

If no banking transaction has yet been created, a UPI network TAT does not magically turn the operator’s internal queue into an RBI-governed failed UPI transaction.

That is why you should identify the transaction stage before quoting a particular number of hours.

What If Parimatch Gives You No RRN or Bank Reference?

No reference is not automatically proof of misconduct.

But it is a meaningful diagnostic fact.

Possible explanations include:

  • the payout has not been released;
  • internal review remains incomplete;
  • the processor has not created the transfer;
  • support cannot see the processor’s banking details;
  • an attempted transaction failed before a usable reference reached the operator;
  • the wrong type of reference has been supplied;
  • records have not yet synchronised.

Ask:

“If no bank-network reference currently exists, can you confirm that the withdrawal has not yet been submitted to the receiving bank/payment network?”

Then ask for the case to be escalated to the payments or finance function responsible for reconciliation.

What If Parimatch Shows “Completed” but Your Bank Received Nothing?

A “Completed” label changes the questions you should ask.

At that point, request payout evidence.

Ask for:

  • payment date;
  • payment time;
  • exact amount;
  • payment rail;
  • network reference/RRN;
  • originating bank or payment institution, where disclosure is possible;
  • destination identifier;
  • final transaction status.

Then ask your receiving bank to search the reference.

If the bank cannot locate it, request a written complaint/service-request number.

Send that number back to the platform.

Do not repeatedly open new chats from scratch. Keep one clear escalation trail where possible.

What If the Bank Finds the Transaction but the Money Is Not Available?

Do not assume the operator can solve a beneficiary-bank restriction.

Ask the bank whether the credit is:

  • posted;
  • pending;
  • under review;
  • reversed;
  • rejected;
  • frozen;
  • held in suspense;
  • subject to an account restriction.

If the receiving bank itself has placed a restriction on the account, only that bank can explain the restriction through its legitimate support or grievance channels.

Avoid attempts to route money through another person, create new accounts or disguise transaction purposes.

Those actions can create additional compliance problems and make reconciliation harder.

Common Reasons a UPI Withdrawal Can Remain Pending

1. Internal Withdrawal Review

The payment may not yet have reached UPI at all.

Account verification, payment checks or internal reconciliation can keep a request inside an operator’s own system.

2. Incorrect or Unusable Destination Details

An outdated or mistyped UPI ID can prevent a payout from reaching the intended account.

Preserve the original destination details rather than changing records after the fact.

3. Payment-Processor Delay

Operators that do not directly participate in the Indian banking network may depend on third-party processors.

A dashboard can therefore remain pending while the processor has yet to execute a banking instruction.

4. Bank or UPI-Service Disruption

UPI depends on participating financial institutions and payment infrastructure.

Temporary technical incidents can affect transaction processing.

NPCI maintains transaction and complaint facilities, and users can also approach participating banks for UPI transaction issues.

5. Failed Transaction Awaiting Reconciliation

A payment may have been attempted but failed.

The platform and processor then need to reconcile the unsuccessful payout with the user’s account balance or create another legitimate resolution.

6. Receiving-Account Restriction

A bank account can be subject to restrictions unrelated to the platform.

Ask your bank rather than guessing.

7. Name or Verification Mismatch

Where a payment provider requires beneficiary information to match verified account data, inconsistent details can create additional checks.

8. Duplicate Requests

Submitting multiple similar requests can make transaction matching unnecessarily complicated.

Do not create duplicates merely to “test” whether UPI is working.

A Note About Parimatch’s Published Withdrawal Times

Do not treat a marketing-page processing estimate as a guaranteed deadline.

Parimatch-branded pages currently found online publish UPI withdrawal information, but even pages under the same regional domain are not completely consistent: one withdrawal page describes UPI payouts with one set of limits and estimated processing windows, while an app page displays different minimums and timing ranges.

That inconsistency is a practical reason to rely on:

  1. the terms shown in your account at the time of the transaction;
  2. your transaction history;
  3. written support responses;
  4. actual bank-network evidence.

Never convert a promotional estimate such as “minutes” or “same day” into a promise that every payout must arrive within that period.

How to Escalate a Parimatch UPI Withdrawal Pending Case

A useful escalation should be concise and evidence-based.

Include:

Account identifier: only what support needs.

Withdrawal transaction ID: the internal platform ID.

Amount: exact withdrawal value.

Request timestamp: date and time.

Current status: Pending, Completed, Failed or other wording.

Destination: masked UPI ID if necessary.

Network reference: RRN/UTR/reference if supplied.

Bank finding: credited, reversed, failed, no record or complaint pending.

Previous ticket number: if one exists.

Requested resolution: trace the payment, provide payout proof, reconcile a failed transfer, or return the funds to the appropriate account balance where applicable.

Avoid writing ten angry paragraphs.

The objective is to give the next investigator enough information to reconstruct the transaction.

Support Message Template

Subject: UPI withdrawal payment-trace request — Transaction [ID]

Hello,

I am following up on withdrawal [transaction ID] for ₹[amount], requested on [date/time] to [masked UPI ID].

The current account status shows [Pending/Completed], but the funds have not appeared in my receiving bank account.

Please confirm:

  1. whether the withdrawal has left your internal processing system;
  2. the exact date and time the banking transaction was initiated;
  3. the payment rail used;
  4. the complete bank-network transaction reference/RRN;
  5. the current status shown by your payment processor; and
  6. if the transaction failed or reversed, how the funds will be reconciled.

My bank’s current response is: [bank response].

Previous support case: [ticket number].

Please escalate this to the relevant payments/finance team if first-line support cannot access the transaction details.

Thank you.

Bank Trace Request Template

Hello,

I am trying to trace an expected incoming payment of ₹[amount] dated [date].

The sender/payment provider supplied the following transaction reference/RRN:

[reference]

Could you please confirm whether your systems show this incoming transaction as:

  • credited;
  • failed;
  • reversed;
  • rejected;
  • held/pending; or
  • not received?

If the transaction cannot be located, please provide a service-request or complaint reference confirming that the matter was checked.

I understand that my UPI PIN, OTP and banking password are not required for transaction tracing and will not disclose them.

Thank you.

Evidence Checklist for a Pending UPI Withdrawal

Before escalating, make sure you have:

  • withdrawal transaction ID;
  • withdrawal amount;
  • request date;
  • request time;
  • original status screenshot;
  • current status screenshot;
  • destination UPI ID, preferably masked in public copies;
  • RRN/UTR/reference if provided;
  • bank statement covering the relevant period;
  • bank complaint or service-request number;
  • platform ticket number;
  • written support responses;
  • chronological timeline.

Keep files in their original format wherever possible.

Do not manufacture evidence to make your claim appear stronger.

Never Share Your UPI PIN to Receive a Withdrawal

NPCI explicitly warns users not to share their UPI PIN. Its consumer information explains that the PIN is used to authorise transactions and that bank customer support will not ask for it.

That creates a simple security rule:

Receiving legitimate money does not require giving a stranger your UPI PIN.

Be suspicious if someone says you must:

  • reveal your UPI PIN;
  • reveal an OTP;
  • install a remote-access app;
  • share your screen;
  • scan a QR code to “release” money;
  • approve a collect request to receive a withdrawal;
  • transfer a “verification amount”;
  • pay a “release fee” to an individual’s UPI address;
  • disclose full card details;
  • send banking credentials through Telegram or WhatsApp.

A transaction-tracing problem does not require bypassing normal banking security.

Beware of Fake Parimatch Recovery Agents

Withdrawal complaints attract scammers.

A typical pattern looks like this:

  1. you post publicly that your withdrawal is pending;
  2. an account claiming to be “payment support” contacts you;
  3. it asks for your user ID or screenshot;
  4. it claims to have found the transaction;
  5. it asks for a fee, OTP, QR payment or remote access;
  6. money is stolen or the account is compromised.

Do not assume someone is legitimate because they know the Parimatch logo, use support terminology or know that you recently complained.

Contact support only through contact options independently reached from a verified service you already use.

Do not use phone numbers or Telegram handles supplied by strangers replying to your complaint.

Do Not Pay a “Withdrawal Tax” or “Unlock Fee” to a Personal UPI ID

If someone claims your pending withdrawal can be unlocked by sending money to a personal UPI ID, treat the request as a serious warning sign.

Ask for:

  • the legal basis of any claimed charge;
  • the published term supporting it;
  • an official invoice;
  • the entity receiving the payment;
  • a written explanation through the legitimate support channel.

Never transfer money merely because an unsolicited agent says it is required to release existing funds.

Do Not Deposit Again to “Activate” a Pending Withdrawal

A delayed withdrawal is a payment problem.

It should not be turned into another gambling transaction.

Do not place another deposit because someone tells you:

  • your wallet needs to be reactivated;
  • a new deposit will verify the UPI route;
  • you must wager again before the old payment can be traced;
  • a “test payment” will release the withdrawal.

Where a genuine account condition is being cited, ask for the specific published term and a written explanation through official support.

If the explanation does not make sense, preserve the response rather than putting more money at risk.

India Legal Position in 2026: Why Older Guides Are No Longer Sufficient

This point requires particular care because many search results still reflect the legal environment that existed before 2025–2026.

The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 created a national framework addressing online money games.

Government information published in 2026 states that the legislation prohibits online money games, including games involving financial stakes whether based on chance, skill or a combination. It also prohibits their advertising, promotion and facilitation, while restricting payment-system processing associated with prohibited online money games.

The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 were notified in April and came into force on May 1, 2026. They also established the implementation framework and Online Gaming Authority architecture.

Accordingly, an older statement such as:

“Online betting is simply a state-by-state legal grey area in India”

is no longer an adequate description of the current national framework.

This page does not provide legal advice.

If your withdrawal involves a significant amount, a frozen bank account, a law-enforcement inquiry or another situation with legal consequences, consider obtaining advice from a qualified Indian lawyer based on your specific circumstances.

Most importantly, do not attempt to bypass a lawful bank or payment restriction.

The purpose of troubleshooting is to establish where existing money went and create an evidence trail—not to evade regulatory controls.

Does RBI Protect a Parimatch Withdrawal?

This requires a nuanced answer.

RBI rules apply to regulated banks and authorised payment-system participants within their scope.

For example, RBI has a harmonised framework governing specified failed UPI transactions and their reversal/compensation timelines.

However, that does not mean RBI regulates an offshore gambling operator simply because an eventual transfer touches an Indian bank account.

Your Indian bank’s conduct may fall within Indian banking and payment-system rules.

The operator’s internal withdrawal queue is a separate matter.

This is another reason to isolate the banking leg of the transaction from the operator leg.

Ask:

Was there an actual domestic payment-system transaction?

If yes, obtain the reference and pursue the relevant bank/payment grievance process.

If no, the issue remains with the organisation that has not yet executed or reconciled the withdrawal.

Can You Use NPCI to Check a Pending UPI Transaction?

NPCI provides consumer facilities for checking transaction/complaint status and raising applicable complaints involving member institutions.

Its complaint system explains that NPCI facilitates complaints and makes them available to the relevant member bank or institution, which remains responsible for resolution.

This does not mean NPCI can inspect Parimatch’s internal withdrawal database.

NPCI becomes relevant only when there is an applicable payment-system transaction to investigate.

That is why obtaining the correct transaction reference is so important.

How to Check Yourself Before Believing a Support Explanation

A useful troubleshooting page should help you verify claims rather than simply repeat them.

Claim: “The bank is delaying it.”

Check: Ask for the banking reference and have your bank search it.

If no reference exists, there may be no bank transaction to delay.

Claim: “The payment was completed.”

Check: Ask for the RRN/reference, timestamp, payment rail and beneficiary details.

Then compare them with your bank’s records.

Claim: “UPI is down.”

Check: Determine whether your own bank or UPI app has issued a service notice and whether other normal transactions are affected. Do not assume a broad outage simply because one withdrawal is pending.

Claim: “You entered the wrong UPI ID.”

Check: Compare the destination stored on the original transaction with the VPA inside your UPI application.

Claim: “You need another deposit.”

Check: Ask for the exact contractual term requiring it and do not send money merely to unlock an existing withdrawal.

Claim: “Wait 72 hours because NPCI requires it.”

Check: Ask what transaction state and rule the agent is referring to. RBI’s failed-UPI framework contains specific transaction scenarios rather than a universal 72-hour waiting rule.

What Not to Do While a UPI Withdrawal Is Pending

Do not repeatedly cancel and resubmit

Creating multiple similar withdrawals makes it harder to identify which transaction is being discussed.

Do not change account details during an active investigation

Preserve the original transaction state unless legitimate support specifically requires a correction.

Do not fabricate bank statements

False documents can destroy your credibility and may have legal consequences.

Do not fabricate a UTR or RRN

A valid-looking string does not create a banking transaction.

Do not share OTPs

An OTP is a security credential, not payment evidence.

Do not share a UPI PIN

NPCI advises users not to disclose it.

Do not open additional accounts to work around restrictions

That can complicate account ownership, identity verification and transaction tracing.

Do not route funds through friends or strangers

Third-party accounts create additional reconciliation and compliance risk.

Do not use “hackers” or recovery agents

They cannot legitimately force an NPCI or bank transaction through.

When Should You Escalate?

There is no single honest answer such as “exactly six hours” that applies to every case.

Use evidence instead of an arbitrary clock.

Escalation becomes increasingly reasonable when:

  • the operator’s stated processing window has passed;
  • status remains unchanged;
  • support cannot say whether a banking transaction exists;
  • the operator says “completed” but provides no traceable reference;
  • your bank cannot locate a supplied reference;
  • the bank confirms failure or reversal but your platform balance is not reconciled;
  • responses repeatedly contradict one another.

At that stage, ask for a higher-level payment review rather than repeatedly asking first-line support “when will I get my money?”

Pending vs Failed vs Reversed vs Completed

Understanding the language helps you ask better questions.

Pending

Final outcome is not yet recorded.

Find out whether this is an internal or banking status.

Failed

The attempted transaction did not complete successfully.

Ask how and when it will be reconciled.

Reversed

A previously initiated payment has been returned toward its origin.

Ask both sides for reference and reconciliation status.

Completed

The platform believes its payout process is finished.

If the beneficiary did not receive money, request payment proof and bank-network details.

Credited

Your bank ledger records receipt.

Check amount, date and narration.

Why This Matters More Than the Dashboard Colour

A green “Completed” badge does not create money in your bank account.

Likewise, a yellow “Pending” badge does not tell you whether NPCI has ever seen the transfer.

The strongest evidence comes from matching:

Platform request → processor/network reference → receiving-bank record

When all three match, the transaction can normally be reconstructed.

When one link is missing, your troubleshooting should focus on that missing link.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my Parimatch UPI withdrawal pending?

Possible reasons range from internal platform processing and payment-processor delays to incorrect destination information, bank restrictions, technical failures or unresolved reconciliation. The “Pending” label alone does not identify the cause.

How do I check my Parimatch UPI withdrawal status?

Check the transaction history inside the account first. Record the transaction ID, amount, timestamp and destination. If the delay continues, ask support whether the payment has been released to the banking network and request its RRN/reference if it has.

How do I find the Parimatch UTR number?

The operator may display a banking reference in transaction details after a payment is initiated. If no suitable reference is visible, ask support for the bank-network transaction reference/RRN, not merely the internal withdrawal ID.

Is a UPI UTR always 12 digits?

Do not assume every field labelled UTR everywhere follows one universal format. NPCI’s applicable complaint interface requests a 12-digit Transaction Number/RRN, but banks and payment applications can use different labels for their displayed transaction identifiers.

Can my bank check a Parimatch withdrawal using the platform transaction ID?

Usually, an internal platform withdrawal ID is useful to the platform rather than your bank. Ask for the banking/payment-network reference your bank can trace.

What if Parimatch says completed but I have not received the withdrawal?

Ask for the payment reference/RRN, transaction timestamp, payment rail and final processor status. Give the relevant banking reference to your receiving bank and ask whether it was credited, reversed, failed, rejected or never received.

What if the bank says there is no transaction under the supplied RRN?

Ask the bank for a complaint or service-request number. Return to platform support with the bank’s response and ask the payments team to validate the reference and provide full payout evidence.

Should I wait 72 hours for a pending UPI withdrawal?

There is no universal rule saying every operator withdrawal must simply be left alone for 72 hours. First determine whether the transaction is still within the operator’s internal system or has actually entered an authorised payment network. RBI’s failed-UPI framework deals with defined payment-system failure scenarios.

Can I complain directly to NPCI?

NPCI provides transaction/complaint facilities relating to its participating members and routes complaints to relevant member institutions for resolution. For a platform withdrawal, you first need enough banking transaction information to establish that an applicable payment transaction actually exists.

Do I need my UPI PIN to trace a withdrawal?

No legitimate transaction-tracing exercise requires you to disclose your UPI PIN to a stranger or support representative. NPCI specifically warns users not to share their UPI PIN.

Should I scan a QR code to receive a pending withdrawal?

Be extremely cautious. A QR or collect flow may cause you to authorise an outgoing payment rather than receive money. Never approve a transaction you do not fully understand simply because someone says it will release a withdrawal.

Can I submit another withdrawal while the first one is pending?

Avoid duplicate withdrawal requests until you know the final status of the existing request. Multiple transactions can make reconciliation more difficult.

Can a bank block an incoming UPI payment?

Banks can apply restrictions or compliance controls to accounts and transactions. If your bank identifies a hold or restriction, use the bank’s legitimate grievance process and do not attempt to bypass it.

Is Parimatch legal in India in 2026?

The current issue is broader than the older state-by-state analysis seen in many legacy articles. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Rules effective May 1, 2026 establish a national framework prohibiting online money games, along with their promotion and payment facilitation. Seek qualified legal advice for a case-specific interpretation.

Does an available Parimatch website prove the service is lawful?

No. Technical accessibility and legal status are different questions. A website remaining reachable does not establish that its activities or payment flows comply with current Indian law.

Can I deposit again while waiting for my withdrawal?

A pending withdrawal should be handled as a tracing and reconciliation problem. Do not deposit more money simply to test the account, unlock a withdrawal or chase previous losses.

Parimatch UPI Withdrawal Pending Checklist

If you only remember one section of this guide, use this checklist:

  1. Stop creating duplicate requests.
  2. Screenshot the original withdrawal.
  3. Record transaction ID, amount, destination, date and time.
  4. Check the receiving bank statement directly.
  5. Ask whether the payment has actually left the platform’s internal system.
  6. Request the banking reference/RRN if it has.
  7. Ask your bank to trace that reference.
  8. Record the bank’s complaint/service-request number.
  9. Return that evidence to the operator’s payments team.
  10. Never share your PIN, OTP or password.
  11. Never pay a recovery agent.
  12. Never deposit more money merely to release the existing withdrawal.
  13. Do not bypass bank or regulatory restrictions.
  14. Preserve all original evidence until the case is closed.

Final Takeaway

If your Parimatch UPI withdrawal is pending, the most useful thing you can do is stop thinking of “Pending” as a complete diagnosis.

Find out where the transaction actually is.

If the withdrawal has not yet reached the banking network, the operator or its payment processor must explain the internal delay.

If a banking transaction exists, obtain the appropriate reference and ask your bank to trace it.

If the platform says the withdrawal is complete but your bank cannot find the supplied transaction, collect written evidence from both sides and escalate the mismatch.

Do not make the situation riskier by depositing again, creating duplicate withdrawals, sharing security credentials, paying recovery agents or trying to circumvent a bank restriction.

And in 2026, users in India should also take the changed legal environment seriously. The national online-gaming framework now prohibits online money games and related payment facilitation, making older articles that describe the issue purely as a state-by-state grey area outdated.

For an existing pending payment, focus on one objective:

document the withdrawal, identify the genuine banking reference, establish the transaction’s actual status, and pursue resolution through legitimate support and banking channels.
